C02 Closed Loop Extraction (extractor) system, SES 5L, NEW

1. General information
This system is a multi-function supercritical CO2 extraction system built to work on an intermittent or continuous bases to extract solvent from solid or liquid material.
• The system has one extractor and two separators;
• Designed pressure of extractor is 50Mpa (7800PSI) with a max working pressure of 45Mpa (6500PSI), max working
• temperature is 75-85℃
• The design of pressure vessels in accordance to the related national standard for over pressure protection for safety.
• Material used in extractors, separators, pipes and fittings are all stainless steel 304.

3.9 Safety system
• The pressure pump has a safety limit pressure control, so if the operating pressure is exceeded the safety control will activate and stop the pump.
• The extractor, separator, evaporator, dry purifier and mixer have safety valves
